These are the scariest reviews I ever seen lol I want to think you guys from saving me and my husband from a Nightmare! There are going to always be mixed reviews....but these people are not lying! Cant be. Not woth 95% of these 1 stars and pictures! Even with the " new management after May 2021" foolishness lol I sent a request for a tour and went to these reviews! Scary. Nevermind Kenilworth apartments. Were A1 tenants and we want halfway decent service atleast. No , this is heartbreaking to have people live like this and take there money

Olive tree management is the worst thing that could’ve happened to this place better off staying colony atleast you could speak with someone not a answering service. The rental office close more than they are open! They do not communicate effectively between the rental office, out of state owners & with tenants! They don’t care about the conditions we live in just the bare minimum and that’s being kind. For the price of this place and location it’s abhorring the way they do absolutely nothing but when it comes to rent they on top of that.

Hi, I’m currently a tenant at your properties, I received my keys on November 19th, 2021 where I came into the apartment and did my Check List Inspection immediately and found a few things that needed immediate attention such as the refrigerator and oven. (Pictures included). Prior to move in, I was informed that this would be an upgraded unit at the starting price of $1515. Once the check list was completed, I returned it to the rental office and was informed maintenance would handled it right away. On Tuesday November 23rd, 2021 I called the leasing office to see when someone would come out to investigate the issues and was told they’d let maintenance know asap. One of your maintenance men came out to look at my oven and seen there was a dead roach and stated he would be unable to remove it and would let the leasing office know. I stepped away from my apartment and came back to see maintenance had returned and cut a slit where the roach was and removed it. Unacceptable! Since I’ve moved here, I refuse to use the oven due to whatever could be living inside of it. And I’m sure they wouldn’t live like this either. Moving here I expected my apartment to be upgraded in which it was not. Very much false advertisement. Yesterday, December 7 2021, Workers came into do maintenance on the electrical system and whatever time they were done my door was unlocked until I came home from work at 10:40pm. I am very disappointed and have never felt or been treated this way living in any community.

I have lived here for almost two years with my cousin. Location wise it is great, and the rent is reasonable for the area, but that's about the only positive thing I can say at this point. I didn't think I would feel the need to write an online review, but after several unpleasant experiences, my view has changed. I will say that during one of the many management turnovers, we had our rent stabilized at the same cost by signing another yearly lease, but the bar is low. To begin with, maintenance is unreliable to say the least. We have had many issues with non functioning toilets being haphazardly "fixed", amongst various other fixes that eventually lead to more breaks because they're not efficient or durable. But for the past 4 weeks, our washer has been broken. We've put in the request for it to be fixed many times- in person, over the phone, and via email. It has not happened yet, and what really made it frustrating was the fact that we were told repeatedly that maintenance was understaffed, and that's why it has not happened yet. A couple days ago, we got an email saying we needed to clear off our decks so they could be power washed and stained. If every deck in the apartment complex can be cleaned in a week, why can't our washer be fixed? How is the issue related to low staffing at this point? This doesn't even begin to touch on various issues with rent, such as one of my checks- paid in full and given in a timely manner, with receipts kept to boot- still not being applied to my account. In short, I understand the staff has a lot on their plate, but I have been extremely disappointed with how our grievances have been handled.
