This place is awful 2 hours to get a permit printed. I’m literally still waiting as I write this! Ridiculous, they are understaffed but there scheduled doesn’t reflect the understaff issue. Unfortunately, the staff has to deal with the angry customers not the people who actually can do something. Safe your spot is a joke , all they care is about the money! Not your time or sanity.

I went there for a road test with my nephew for his road test. And everything was handled perfectly and professional. A big shout out to Angelina the officer conducting the road test she was super nice and corteous with us an my nephew got a perfect score. I am very happy with the service also the ladies at the deont counter and Greisly. Were super nice to us””

I am writing this review from the actual facility where drivers license tests are administered. Hour 1: sitting and waiting for our names to be called to create a spot in the drivers road test line Hour2 (so far): talking with other people about how they scheduled their appointments 3 hours ago and have been here for 3.5 hours There is no visual representation of how much longer we have to go and the people look like they’re taking their sweet time between driving tests. This is a pretty poorly ran operation. Made our appointment for 10am and it’s noon with no sign of escape. Will probably Uber eats some food which, if it comes cold, expired and the completely wrong order, will still receive a higher rating than this place.

I was able to connect with them after an hour of waiting on call. You can visit the office by appointment , but if there anything urgent , you can reach to location and someone at the entrance would be able to help you with any queries .
