I was extremely happy with Westfall Roofing for my roof replacement. They were true to their word and took the time to explain everything in detail. Very professional. The Salesperson (Manny) was very thorough in explaining the process, service, costs and what to expect. No surprises with Westfall. The crew supervisor (Sonny) was on site to explain the progress of the roof repair several times daily and answer any questions I had. He kept me well informed as to what was happening and what I could expect. The crew was very skilled and professional. They worked very hard and regularly cleaned up the site during the day and at the end of the day so the site looked presentable. Their work was extremely good and they looked after all the small details. Very skilled crew. The office kept in contact with me as well during the process so I was aware of the timeline, what to expect and what I needed to do. In the end the finished roof is terrific and looks beautiful. After getting about six quotes from various roofing companies, we could not believe the difference in pricing, so we threw out the lowest and highest and then chose based on factors of reputation, years in our business, and felt very comfortable with our salesman. We met the owners, both brothers, at different times, and each explained the process and set our expectations. Westfall is top notch in terms of service and quality! From day one, the constant communication from them about the expectations of the project helped make this a stress free interaction. Not only were they the most professional group to work with, they were also the most cost effective and fair group to work with. They completed our roof from demo to install and cleanup within a day. They even fixed an additional area of soffit on our roof that was not included in the service. I also am extremely impressed and grateful for Bonnie on the back end of the process. She has gone above and beyond to help with paperwork that we needed to close this out. I don't even think it was truly her responsibility to handle it but she did while communicating in a timely manner throughout. We spoke with six companies that provide roof installation and went with Westfall for a variety of reasons. First was the professionalism and expertise of our sales representative, Manny. He was responsive to all of our questions, and he explained clearly what the roof installation process would entail. The office staff, Becky and Melissa, were courteous and efficient.
