The Supreme court kicked the Roe V Wade case back to the states. Florida made it's decision. Andrew Warren is actually breaking the law..
Anyhony Vittorioso
We dont live in New York or California where they have legal crime If Anrew Warren wants this type of legal system He should move out of Florida

I am so glad this RECKLESS and irresponsible man is being brought to account by Governor DeSantis. He has become a disgrace to the rule of law.

I am so disappointed in Trevor Mylin and his supervisor Eric Alper. They did not take my case seriously-promised it would go to trial and did not consult me with a deal they accepted. Instead of 48 months in prison for DV against my ex, they came up with a deal that was not even 1/4 of that and when I was told a charge would be raised, Trevor instead lowered an armed false imprisonment charge to “false inprisonment” he discouraged and lied to my family and I and on top of all of this fed me misleading information and discouraged/victim blamed my family and I.

If you are the "Victim", go to the State Attorney's Office and visit the 3rd Floor. Follow signs for the Victim Assistance Program. Make sure you know why you want the charges dropped and ensure you can write it as a summary on 3 lines (Thats all you get). Get a copy. After a day or 2, try to make contact with your assigned State Attorney to discuss your case and the paper you filed. If you dont get in touch with them, show up to the Arraignment (You can get the date and time from the Victim Assistant Program) and speak with the Attorney prior to the cases and pleas are heard. They can also inform you on what they are intending to do, such as what they are intending to do. Be aware that when you go into this, write down everything regarding your attempts to get the charges dropped, including when you called, who you spoke to, what was said, what you did, what time you did it. Be as courteous and calm as possible and dress appropriately.
If they closed the doors and filed bankruptcy, then yes.
First let me say, I am sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, you don’t provide enough details to give a precise answer. Was he given the drugs by a medical professional or a friend? Once given the drugs were they entered into him by someone else or did he take them on his own free will? I think answering these questions may provide the answer to yours.
Sorry, but this is an open question without any details. Also, the State Attorney’s office doesn’t “side” with or against anybody. They act upon all the information presented and decide if there is enough there to go forward with a case.
Our legal system is a mess! But 6 years does sound like a long time. My advice would be to gather up all the information you can and then present it to the local news for a story. They will probably be able to find out more for you than you can by yourself.
Yes. You would need to get in contact with the economic crimes unit (ECU). They can assist you. Call the main line of the state attorneys office or come in and ask for the ecu.
I would wager you have to hire an attorney and remember you get what you pay for on that
