The WORST customer service I have ever come across. As soon as we stepped in the store we were advised to wait on the side as there were two other customers waiting in line right before us. This part was understandable. However after the two other guests were done being assisted, these two employees completely ignored us and accommodated the new guests that had just came in the store. My friend and I waited for 15+ minutes and when I asked them about the line and if we were in the wrong spot (since we never got accommodated) they completely ignored us as if we were not there at all. So I approached the sales attendant outside the store to report what was going on and luckily she directed us to a better employee that helped us in less than 2 minutes. My friend and I approached two employees for help. One was this one guy with the caterpillar brows, and the other one is this girl with the curly hair, a little bit on the heavier side. I just don’t see how it’s necessary for three people to help one white guest pick out ONE necklace while there were other people waiting in line to be served, completely being ignored. At the end of the day, we’re all just customers who deserve the same treatment as each other.

The ladies are always nice here. Sometimes you gotta wait in line outside, but you never wait too long. We always end up spending too much money here. Haha

Top notch experience at the Disney Springs Pandora location. Friendly, helpful staff from the greeting at the door until we left. Patricia was a sweetheart and took her time to explain every option, and show us all the charms and bracelets our hearts desired. A proper ending to our Disney trip. Don't miss out on the Disney Exclusive charms!

This is the best pandora experience I have had. My family and I first met Gina. She was standing outside and monitoring the amount of people in the store. She was so friendly despite having to stand outside in the heat. Christina helped us once we were inside. Christina is the best! She helped locate the charms I needed and then showed us the exclusive disney charms! We left with way more than intended. She was professional and knowledgeable about each product! I will stop at this location every time we visit Disney!
