If you are a fan, or just enjoy a good Vera Bradley purse or accessory, then you need to stop in at this location. They have so many cute, Disney exclusive, prints. I got my mom a cute purse that has Mickey and Minnie but it's subtle and classy so it's not super noticeable. This location even offers embroidery on most bags for an additional fee. Definitely worth stopping in if you like their things. Plus you can use your Disney gift card for your purchase!!

I wanted to take the time to write a review for this specific Vera Bradley store. About a month ago, I ordered the Star Wars Triple Zip Hipster bag online, and, unfortunately, the first one ordered got lost in the mail, the second one/replacement was ripped/damaged, and the third one also got lost. After finding out that the Vera Bradley in Disney Springs had stock of this bag (2 in total), I got excited, but I was also located in Fort Myers which is a 3 hour drive North. However, due to my experience with trying to get this bag, the person my boyfriend and I talked to on the phone, which she identified as Brittany, assured me that they were going to get this bag to me and shipped it over to Fort Myers even though I was told it was against policy by a different store in Fort Myers. Even though it was 2 day shipping, it arrived overnight, and was in perfect condition. As a result, they were extremely accommodating and made this whole experience better for me. I can't wait for my next trip up to Orlando to shop in-store. Thank you Brittany for all of your help, it really made my day!!!

Stopped in on 2/15/2020 and my wife spent 35 minutes picking out a bag pattern and placement she wanted with her name embroidered. The bag was to be sent to shades of green. The bag never arrived and we had to leave Wednesday morning early, my wife called and an employee told her the bag was sent to the wrong hotel even though the paper for delivery stated shades of green and she would go pick the bag up herself and send it to us in the mail. No bag sent and nothing has taken place to resolve the issues. I paid for the bag and we have nothing. My wife called today and we are waiting for a call. Should I assume had she not called today that we would have heard nothing and your business just would keep my money and did nothing to resolve the issue? This is an unacceptable event. Will keep everyone updated on how this is resolved. Today is 2/22/2020 2/22/2020 management called from the Vera Bradley store and bag is in fact lost and Disney delivery is looking for the bag. If bag is found it will be sent to us in standard US postal mail. Yes I would not expect you to overnight or expeditiously send our package. I understand that the delivery service failed but the store has also failed as days passed and we was not informed of anything that happened with our purchase. We should have been called and we should not need to call more then once to ask where or what is going on with our lost purchase. Review remains the same. Customer service failure as it is the stores responsible to let the customer know what is going on seeing as how they charged me and took my money. We would love the bag as my wife spent much time picking out the perfect pattern. Will update the review in 7 to 10 days as when we was told to possibly expect an answer or solution to what happen to our purchase. We love the store and made purchases in the past but this event is unacceptable. We finally received my wife's bag. Thank you for your response to this review. I appreciate your response and we will visit again from Pennsylvania.
