Super small store inside. Very narrow aisles. Absolutely no social distancing whatsoever. Public safety and health concerns are present.

You wanna know if a place is great. Look at their bathroom. This bathroom is spotless and smells like bleach very clean. Love this store. The staff is great too

No, there is no restaurant at the Speedway, but there is a sandwich counter with hot food and there are plenty of restaurants across the street at Disney Springs. However, smoking in a restaurant is illegal in Florida, so you will not find any restaurant that allows smoking anywhere in the state.
