Not impressed, my wife called and set an appointment to have her samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g front and back glass replaced, only to go and learn that the appointment with the Winston Salem, NC geek squad in best buy supposedly didn't and or weren't able to even certify to work on these phones much less know how to do it, so it is easy to say the people there at that location are nit in sync and someone needs to get in there and manage the broken system they have at the moment.

Had the Geek Squad come install a Nordic Track bike. When we went to dissamble it months after installation for our move we noticed several bolts were stripped raw. We couldn't disassemble portions of the bike. Certain they were aware of this during installion and decided it was too much work to do it right. That or they are just really negligent. We don't have the geek squad etended warranty so they won't come out and fix it or provide new parts. Thanks Best Buy Geek Squad.

Just had my iphone battery replaced and they did a great job. I returned a few weeks later with my daughter’s iPhone and had a very disappointing experience. The tech couldn’t fix the problem and just insisted that we buy a new phone despite the fact the phone was still under warranty. I returned recently without an appointment and they refused to look at the phone even though two of the techs were not working at all. So lazy....

WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. Had them replace my battery on my iPhone. When I got back my headphone jack didn’t work. Took it back the following day and after them wasting 2 hours of my time running different checks on the phone, pretty much in other words told me it wasn’t their fault and I should check with my carrier to see about my insurance covering to get it fixed, Or they could order me a new phone for $300+. How it it not your fault? Was working fine before I brought it to y’all. So in my book and I’m sure pretty much everyone else’s it’s your fault, but don’t owne up to it see if I send any work your way.

No, only if it has a protection plan from Bestbuy. If not, it's best to go directly to the manufacturer for repair.
