1 star and only because I couldn't select 0 stars. Very greedy company who doesn't care about anything but money. Will never shop there again. Bought a wheelchair that didn't end up being an appropriate fit. Tried to return it. The chair cost $150, used. They would not return the full amount that was paid 2 weeks ago. The chair hadn't even been used. This is why Walmart will be getting my business from now on. Great job Brandon Brace. Even after donating a $1500 pediatric wheelchair to you guys. Not a happy customer.

This company is 1st class!!! Integrity won out over the buck in my experience with Brandon Brace and Adam. I ordered a hospital bed rental for my friend. He already had one that he had bought from a neighbor, it was functional, but had been assembled incorrectly so it wasn't working well for him. He was also unhappy with the old mattress. Adam came out as scheduled and asked about the disassembled bed as soon as he saw it. I told him the story, that the motor worked at each setting (we were planning to give it away because it did work), but that for whatever reason it didn't seem to be satisfactory for my friend. Adam volunteered that we could buy a new mattress and he would put the old bed together for us. In a matter of minutes Adam had the bed correctly assembled, with the head of the bed in the opposite direction it had been before, no wonder it wasn't right. He put the new mattress on it and demonstrated that each function was now working properly. My friend ended up with the bed he already owned, functioning perfectly with a new mattress. We were charged the amount we would have paid for the 1st month of the bed rental, for the new mattress and better customer service than I could have imagined. Adam took the initiative to try to help us by asking about the old bed, and was successful in getting it to be a satisfactory solution. In the process he saved us the monthly charge we would have paid for the bed rental. He was competent, professional and matter of fact (no drama). He obviously cared about us as the customer and his company's reputation more that the rental charge they would have gotten from us. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and left me feeling grateful and that I had a company that sincerely wanted to support us as my friend's health declines. When a place wows you with service they deserve a great review, but what should you write when they have done that consistently over 15 years when you only go in there but every few years? Yesterday I went into Brandon Brace for some arch inserts for my custom skates. And while I have been in there over the years for everything from an ankle brace to special order surgical tools and supplies for my family members illness I am not by any means a regular, but you wouldn't know it. They treat every visitor with great interest, respect, and professionalism all backed with outstanding knowledge for what they do. Please go here, they are awesome and truly epitomize what makes small businesses great.
