My sister is getting married in Boston and I'm the matron of honor (living in Florida). The bride (my sister) came down for a few days to visit and we took the opportunity to look at the Christina Wu collection of bridesmaid dresses she likes. After going to 3 different locations, Flora's was the only one that had an extended variety of the designers dresses to choose from. Additionally, we dropped in last minute without an appointment since the bride was in town for a short visit. The owner, Amy, was a pleasure to work with! She was understanding of the situation and was very attentive to us even though we didn't make a reservation. After hearing that my sister was from out of town and we likely would not be buying from her, she was STILL super kind and attentive to us, regardless of the sale. Although we won't be buying the bridesmaid dresses or the bridal gown from here, I will definitely be back for any special occasion dresses and highly recommend to anyone I know. Amy, the owner, made the experience impactful and deserves the shout out.

As a mature bride who found THE dress at this shop for my December micro-wedding, I can unequivocally say that Amy and her staff are wonderful! The effort and attitude they displayed during the whole process of purchase and fittings and etc. was done with humble kindness that I found so refreshing. Some bridal shops have personnel that adopt an attitude like THEY are doing YOU a favor when you walk in the door. Rather than the other way around. I didn’t frequent any place else once I found (Amy’s) Flora’s Bridal shop. My new husband was gobsmacked when he saw me in my dress and I think I looked as beautiful as I felt. Make sure you go here to buy any kind of wedding or formal event dress! They are tucked in the corner of the plaza behind Curry Law office at the corner of Lumsden and Kings Ave in Brandon.

I had been looking for a dress for my son's wedding for months. Couldn't find anything that I felt comfortable in or in the right color I was looking for. Then I searched on line for MOB or MOG dresses. Flora's came up on my search. I made an appointment on line, easy to do. I showed up, Amy greeted me with a big smile. Made me feel comfortable. Told her what I was looking for. I asked her to pull dresses for me and then she said I could pull myself some dresses. Well. Long story short, I found the one. If you turn around and look in the mirror and it makes you cry and feel fantastic in it, it's the dress for you! The dress came in very quickly. I ordered the size I was that day but then lost 45 pounds so the dress needed alterations, I can't speak to Flora's person because I had a person that I use. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Plus my sister visited me prior to getting married and she found her wedding dress here as well. That dress was on sale so she got to take it with her. Someday when my daughter gets married I will for sure be back at Flora's.
