Busy or not, I always receive poor customer service at this location. Staff is rude and do not seem to care for their jobs. Huge lack in communication skills when getting customers checked in too. Just staring at you asking , “phone number?” Do better lol

I like Platos in general but I very much dislike their new "changing room policy". Usually you can take in up to a certain number of items and hang the rest outside your room to exchange once you've tried on. NOW they have to hold all extra clothing in a bin at the front behind the counter.. so not only did I LOSE the dressing room I had waited so long to get but I also never got to try on the clothes I had behind the counter because they were too busy to give them to me so I just decided to leave with the one pair of shorts I liked and left. The woman behind the counter obviously was just trying to follow the rules and she was kind but this was a little ridiculous...

When people are talking about their selling experience here, they’re not lying. I used to work at a Plato’s back in college so Ik how it works. Workers here don’t take the time to look through every item and always leave your bag a mess when returning. Honestly every Plato’s is similar to this, but Brandon location is the worst. If anyone is trying to sell brand new items, I recommend selling at labelswap on Kennedy in Tampa. Much better pricing and staff.

Rude staff. They don’t bother to greet you or explain the process when you go to the counter. They say, “phone number?” Luckily I’ve been before and know the process since no instruction was provided otherwise. No explanation why they passed on multiple recently purchased Free People items in perfect condition however, can hear staff arguing over which one gets to buy a grimy pair of sweat pants. Also enjoyed hearing all about staffs evening plans while you get attitude when asking for a fitting room. It’s obvious they would like to talk to customers as little as possible while continuing their social hour. All around horrible experience. I know this isn’t a high-end establishment, but you’d at least expect an attempt at the bare minimum customer service, which is clearly not the culture here. Will not be back. Better to sell your clothes online via Poshmark, etc.

We allowed certified service and guide dogs but not regular pups or dogs. Thanks for asking.
Limited capacity, sanitizer station, and social distancing when we went the other day
Not sure, right now they aren't taking woman clothes only sports wear, but things change I would call or go in
I thinks it will be a good place.it just depends on what you looking to get back money wise.
Clothing is not sold by the pound. Each item is individually marked.
We are open Mon-Fri 10-9, Sat 9-9 and Sunday 10-8. You can drop off items anytime up until 30mins before we close. We process buys on a first come first serve basis. Mornings are the best time to drop off. We will be closed Easter Sunday. I hope this helps.
