Just today I was waiting like 4th in line or something and I waited an hour and didn't even get my sandwich in the end. The guy was clearly new and took like 10 minutes per sandwich and he was left alone. It should not take an hour to get through three people in line.

Walked in with my mother..and stood there for 10 minutes...the lady did not acknowledge us in any way...no eye contact just continued to make apparently a phone order..looking down the entire time. .no just a minute, or any kind of explaination that it will be a few minutes, which I would understand..we finally just left..as we walked out she said something...but we were out the door ...too late

This is for the subway in Edmonds in the strip mall next to the donut place. Every time I have been here the ladies make me feel welcome. They are attentive, kind, communicative and have excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate them and the fact that they are always cheerful while making my sandwich. I don't know any of them personally but they deserved to be recognized for this and making great meals. Thank you ❤️

Worse place ever. 3 girls, 20 min to make 5 sandwich there is no coordination here the rest just see the pic and i promise you will never stop by...
