I will never step foot in a Starbucks again. If you want good quality coffee, quick and friendly employees, this place is where you need to go. Amazing service and amazing coffee. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very horrible service. The cashier gave me an attitude and raised his voice because I kindly asked him to give me a fork and if he can warm up my chocolate banana loaf. I was left in utter shock at the hate and rage he exuded from his voice in addition to his huffing and puffing.The lavender London fog I had ordered was nothing special either. Steer clear of this place if you want to avoid uppity, entitled, and very offensive employees. Come here if you want experience verbal abuse for giving them business. WASTE of money / time and I regret supporting this local small business.

Fantastic!! I got the Sage Ham and Cheese croissant and a Mexican mocha, both were amazing!!! Staff was kind and friendly, giving me great places to go while I'm visiting! Recommend this cute little place!

I ordered a latte and sausage bagel while I was waiting. It was a hot day in Burbank. Indoor seatings were air-conditioned but very limited (5-6 people maybe). Fret not! There were also shaded seatings out in the patio in the back (right next to the parking lot). It was hedged with bushes and decorated with a green wall (succulent-covered), completed with end tables and such. It really was a great spot for a leisurely weekend.
