Took my son there Monday evening due to running a high fever all day, body aches, vomiting. Was charged 149$(self pay). Wait was not to long. He tested negative for flu, Covid, strep. Basically was told they couldn’t do anything. Symptoms were getting worse so I called first thing Wednesday morning and asked if they could please call him something in as he was miserable. He would have to come back in and get charged $50! Seriously?! I wouldn’t recommend this place. Would probably have been better off going to the ER. ****Emailed 6 days ago per your request along with receipt, never got a reply. Definitely poor customer service!***

I was at MD now for only a drug screening. Both the clerical and clinical staff were very kind and generous and were willing to help me with anything I needed. Overall, it was a great place to visit.

I was greeted professionally and empathy as I was sick and uncomfortable. When I was brought to the examining room, it was easy to see the facility was new and immaculate. My vitals were taken by a very caring lady from “Staten Island” whose name has escaped me. Shortly after, Andrew, a very intelligent PA, gave me an interview, then proceeded to examine me. He correctly diagnosed my illness, prescribed medications, and made me feel like I was with a true professional. I highly recommend this group…you won’t be sorry.

If I could put minus five stars I would. I was there today with my 90 year old Aunt. She had a wound that was not healing. Well we waited for about 4 hrs in the waiting room. Then we got into a room and was told by the nurse it would be another hour before the doctor came in. So we waited! Craziness! The doctor came in and didn’t even touch her. He made me unwrap her leg, then made her climb on the table. He just looked at her leg asked a couple questions. He sent a script to pharmacy, gave a script to go to wound care at the hospital. All that waiting they could do nothing. Shouldn’t you triage the patients quickly before you make them wait five hours then tell them you can’t do anything for them. The nurse wrapped her leg and we went home. It’s very sad and very bad care. I will never go there again. I will go to the ER first. That doctor was just terrible no bedside manor! If anyone is thinking of going here don’t!!! Go directly to the ER. They can’t do anything for you!!! Terrible.

It is not rapid, however I had my results in 2 days. They are open 7 days a week and I got a call on a Saturday morning after being tested Thursday. Excellent care and service. I was in and out fairly quick.
