I love Michelle Green, she has given me the best treatment the past 8 year. However, today I called to schedule an overdue check up, Anne at the front desk took the call and when she looked up my chart she said, "you've had 3 missed appointments, yikes." I didn't respond because I felt like 3 missed appointments over a duration of 8 years wasn't totally horrible. She then said, "just so you know when you miss a lot of appointments, you're not looking to good. Just so you know" I understand missing appointments is not ideal and effects a schedule and business, but to shame patients who have is completely unacceptable. We are all human and things happen.

Dr. Natalie Borg is an outstanding physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She does not hurry through appointments. She amazes me as she remembers the details of our past conversations without having to look at her notes. She takes time in assessing the needs of the patients and explains results of tests in detail. She also makes recommendations regarding diet and nutrition. I waited to be seen by Dr. Borg for several years as she was not taking new patients for awhile. I heard about Dr. Borg through my husband who has been receiving this outstanding care for years. The office staff and her nurse, Ms. Lola, are friendly and scheduling goes smoothly.

I came in for an ultrasound for my gallbladder. The ultrasound technician was spot on : friendly, professional but quick and proficient. The front desk employee was perplexing. She acted as if I did not have an appointment then somehow just said have a seat and we will call you. I was getting a little agitated because after having had waited two weeks to get the appointment and having not ate or drank anything for hours I was not going to go home with out getting my ultrasound. Wish she had been more assuring.

Always professional from the receptionists, to the nurses, nurses precautions, doctors, and support staff. I have had to use the acute care clinic, and no matter how sick I am I know that she cares about me, and it shows!! Dr Patel, and Jessica are attentive, caring, and are always trying to make me better!! I feel very lucky to have such a great staff, and doctor taking care of me!!

You just go on line with your email and password and you can bring up everything to do with your health.
