No customer loyalty!! I have been a customer since 2016. Ana does a good job on nails but is rude and has NO respect for your time. If you are not getting a “regular manicure/pedicure “ you are left waiting. There have been occasions when I was expected to wait over an hour even with an appointment. My nail styles usually run about $100 without a pedicure. I tip well and still she will take a fill in off the street ahead of me and have an F you and your time attitude!

Horrible experience first it was a granddad that attempted to do my pedicure. I had to ask him was he going to put cuticle softener on my feet. He was using very flimsy nail kits. I never saw anything sanitized! The ultimate was when I asked him to please look at my ingrown nail. He stated a lady would come do that part. The lady comes over pick up the cuticle cutter, that had a previous customers toe jam In it. She wiped with her finger then commenced to put the same tool on my feet. She never attempted to sanitize or anything! I politely said “NO THANK YOU” I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I personally know what state board standards are. I saw no sanitized items throughout this place. Please keep in mind this was my first and LAST time there. They may do good nail designs etc…. However please prepare yourself for future fungal issues!

I went to Vee she does an amazing job on nails and feet. I also got my lashes done for the first time I asked for natural and when I opened my eyes I had very dark dark heavy lashes on me I told her i didn't like them she said she could take them off but i still had to pay for the service. I paid but I will no longer get serviced here
