Went today. Burger was great but out of 10 chicken tenders, 0 were fully cooked. Raw chicken is a big deal. Handled the refund ok, although I’m not sure why I need to come back to the restaurant to get a refund when I paid with a debit card.

This location has poor customer service. They will get your order wrong. They will have attitudes. They will not give you any sauces regardless of the item if you don’t ask. Avoid if you aren’t starving.

I'll start by saying their fries are amazing... As long as they're hot... But everything else is... Ok. This was only my 2nd time having Checkers and I'm still not impressed. It seems to have fallen into the same mindset as the Wendy's also on Reisterstown road. The workers don't care (cause they ain't paid enough) and it leads to hastily thrown together, dry burgers with uneven toppings. The ONLY redeeming quality is the fries and that doesn't make it worth it at all.

When a person says "I normally don't eat fast food...." they're a liar. Anyway I've been to this location twice. Too me the restaurant is in a horrible location setup wise. I got my food in a good time. The food was hot and accurate. The employees provided good service in my opinion. I know not everyone will not always get good service. However sometimes it's the customer. I've been in line in restaurants where customers flip out over bbq sauce.
