Door dash puts your pizza on the ground and doesn't even knock on the door. They are trash. I have a camera and immediately opened the door. I said thank your knocking on the door. Of course the girl didn't say nothing because she was trying to hurry up the stairs before I opened the door. They need to stop using door dash.

This Papa John's is absolute trash. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza at 7 o'clock and after an hour of waiting we called and the person we spoke with was really rude. She lied and said the delivery guy just left, even though we could see the delivery just kind of driving around town for about an hour. They lied again and said that the pizza was already delivered to an address that doesn't even exist. Then lied a 3rd time and said that they "fixed the address and the pizza is being delivered". Then the pizza showed up 20 mins later and it was, of course, the wrong pizza, cold, and misshapen. After trying to flag down the driver, I noticed his car was full of people who were clearly not employees. I'm not eating the pizza. It's going in the trash. Complete waste of time and money and I will never purchase food from Papa John's again. Papa John's should literally be ashamed that this location even exists. Again, absolute trash place. How do you mess a pepperoni pizza being delivered (.6) miles away?

THE WORST! Ordered at 7:30pm for delivery. Was contacted by the store at 8:30pm saying that our order was given away. Okay cool. Replaced the order at 8:30pm and was told that it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Called the restaurant back at 10:00pm seeing what the hold up was and the lady on the phone apologized, took my wife’s name and promised us a free large pizza for the next time. The order arrived at our door at 10:45pm. Our order was missing our drink and the pizza was undercooked, the crust was thin, and the pizza was poorly made. I thought that the silver lining would be that at least we had a free large pizza to make up for our inconveniences. I called them a few days later to claim my free large pizza only to be told that they do not have my wife’s name or any recollection of a free pizza associated with her name. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Poorly managed, poor execution, and no word. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered Papa John’s tonight, and the first order was never delivered. I ended up calling my local store, and a staff worker explained that they can either refund my order or remake the pizza. I requested them to remake the pizza, and they notified me that my order would arrive in 30 minutes. After an hour, I still hadn’t received my order. I ended up calling up my local store again to see the ETA of my order. A staff worker told me that my pizza just left the store and would be arriving “soon”. After almost 1 1/2 hours, I finally received my order. However, I opened up my pizza box and it was the wrong order! In total, I spent almost 3 HOURS for my pizza to be delivered!!?!? The moral of the story is I should’ve requested a refund and spent that money somewhere else! I'm never ordering pizza from this store, and I suggest you do the same!
