Searching on my own for an appropriate ALF for a family member was overwhelming. Once Elli Baldwin and Sunways came into the picture -- a referral from a highly trusted and respected source -- the clouds parted! Elli made note of our particular needs and hopes and quickly dispensed with the overwhelming clutter I was experiencing trying to navigate questionable third-party aggregator websites and making random phone calls. She illuminated aspects of the process I was unfamiliar with and provided an excellent short list of vetted facilities that met all of our criteria. She then set appointments and accompanied us during tours, providing insider guidance and compassionate, professional support along the way. The upshot is that as a result of all of Sunways' caring support and expert advice, my loved one is now happy and thriving in the truly perfect ALF for her -- an excellent facility that wasn't even on my radar screen. Left to my own research, knowledge and abilities, I sincerely can't imagine that things would have turned out as wonderfully as they have for our family.
