The older lady who is the manager is no good. She makes a lot of mistakes that put the residents at risk. ONLY DEAL WITH THE MAN MANAGER. There is also a roach infestation. Do a thorough inspection before you accept the keys. Have your own pest control come check the place out. Easy to move in but so many problems come with it.

This is our first apartment as a family of 3. After looking for over a month this apartment approved us even with bad credit. Our unit is really big and we are comfortable because of the amount of space we have. Management are super friendly and are very helpful. Oh and not to mention we have literally EVERYTHING near us possibly every store or restaurant you can think of, love how everything is local.

I accompanied my Mom to check this property, and we both liked it! A very nice place and accessible to many shops. The 2 managers are great! He showed us the property and amenities, we´re scheduled to come back for lease signing. Thank you so much managers..

I am looking for an affordable and descent apartment for me and my family, Close to my work in Upland and close to school for my kid and close to market for my wife. I saw Vista Via Apartments at 1430 Foothill Blvd. here in Upland the staff are nice and friendly, they showed me the Studio and the 1 Bedroom units they even told me advantages for choosing 1st floor or 2nd floor. I love the place, I like the location, 2 pools and a Jacuzzi, they even have a big Gym, but they do not have 2 Bedroom unit which I need. So I told them I will give them a good review for all their effort. Highly recommended and a 5 Stars.
