Absolutely beyond angry.. they throw your cans and break them ..happened today and when confronted they threatened to fight us and said they dont need their jobs and they would risk it to fight .. obviously we are bigger people and won't engage that ridiculous act but wow

Rude office staff , Al needs to be trained in customer service.They raised rates with no notification called it an "admin fee" . Broke my trash can and left in in the streets . Charged for service not used after I cancelled my service and threatened with collections if I didn't pay for services not renderer. If I could give 0 stars I would do that .

This is our weekly trash company. The office staff is mostly very helpful and nice depending on who you get to speak too. However, the pickup guys throw trash, leave your cans where ever they feel like throwing them and half the time in the road, they often leave trash in the can and turned upside down so you get to pick up the trash THEY left when you get home. I started taking photos this week so I can give proof to the company we are just not complainers. Everyone on the street is tired of it. Clearly lazy a lazy crew!!!!

I go to their scrap yard off Hicks Rd. All the time. They are always helpful with getting the heavy stuff out of the vehicle n letting me know how to get the most for my metal. They answer any of my questions without making me feel like I should just know the answer on my own. Thank you guys for your patience and hard work. It doesn't go unnoticed or under appreciated. Yes either tip the driver cash or pay the company they prefer you pay the driver it's more if the company does It

If you mean as recycling, then yes. Anyone signed up with service has recycling pickup included, which varies by day depending on your location.
Is that $28 the price you pay to bring it to the dump or for weekly pick up?
If you want money for them you need to strip them clean and turn in the metals. You'd be better off taking them to the pasco dump if you just want to get rid of them.

It's a scrap yard, any metals, whether or not it's clean metal makes a difference in price. Clean meaning that there isn't ceramic brake pads still on the metal, rubber hoses on wire or tubes, or anything they have to take off themselves before they melt down the metal. Unclean pays less than clean. Make the job easy on them, they pay you better for it. If you bring them stolen scrap metal you will be reported.
