The other reviews I read were accurate. I am just stating what I experienced. Although there's a sign in the lobby that says it's a non-smoking hotel, don't believe it. I even called in advance to request a guarantee that my room would not have a lingering smoke smell. All the front desk would say it's a non-smoking hotel. I told the front desk I read the other's reviews, and I was concerned about getting a room that smelled like smoke. Sure enough, when I arrived, my room smelled like smoke. In fact, as I was walking down the hallway, another couple was just stepping into their room, and they automatically stated they smell smoke and wanted a can of Lysol, which doesn't take away the smoke smell. The other issue of the hotel is that there's a vector problem. My room had mosquitos and gnats flying around, and I was on the 4th floor. My room also had a broken fan in the bathroom that constantly ran, and was totally dirty, as seen in the photo. A burnt out light bulb, and dirty shower floor. The doors entering the rooms are filthy. One gets what they pay for here. It's a cheap hotel, so you get a cheap dirty room. If you're a smoker, obviously this place can work for you despite what the sign says in the lobby. The management/owners of the hotel flat out don't care about their guests, as evident in the photos and the stench of lingering smoke. Gave me a constant headache for my tortured two night stay. The only nice thing was the front desk employees. It's not their fault management doesn't care for their guests, or else the rooms wouldn't be such a disaster. Also, the bathroom floor and hallway in the room is VERY slippery when wet, so be careful. Also, there's no phone or clock in the room. That's a first for me to not have them. Should I have asked for a different room? I don't think my conditions would have improved. I got what I paid for. I won't make that mistake again.

Pet friendly. 5 or 10 minutes from 95. Friendly staff. Needs, and is slowly doing renovation. But, for the price and a one night in a trip, it works. Pretty quiet location. Looks like they bought an old Days Inn. So, time will tell. Was only 100 for a two beds in room, tv, internet, small free breakfast. Good coffee. Appears they have shuttle to airport, though I did not ask. Saw the van.

This place is great . Overlook a few issues and get them fixed and you'll have a wonderful stay. Breakfast is absolutely awesome! the people that work here will make you feel like family. Love this hotel but it has a few problems as any aging building has. I've Staying here on and off for a couple of weeks . Main problem is sinks and tub never drain properly. three rooms, 2 mine and 1 my sisters. All had the same issues, tubs and bathroom sinks won't drain. If you call the front desk they will take care of it but only after 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. when their maintenance guy comes in. One maintenance guy for the whole property and he doesn't come in until 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. he doesn't excellent job but the waiting. I waited 2 days without heat because the first day there was a confusion between my request and the front desk which was rectified but it was still 2 days without heat because I had to wait for their one and only maintenance person to come on duty. !

Nicer than we expected. Big clean rooms. One of our lamps was broken and when we called front desk, no one answered. We would stay again tho. Receptionist that checked us in was super nice
