Extremely rude customer care person. Called to order a device and was told that they are busy so put me on hold for 25 minutes. Called again and this time they tell me that call again later in the day, we are too busy.

If it wasnt for Lorraine I wouldnt have bought what I was looking for! She helped me locate the right ink and although it was more expensive than amazon, she helped me sign up and save which was very helpful. I enjoyed my trip and will be visiting back soon! Thanks again Lorraine!

Worst office depot ever......the people are not customer oriented and really don't seem like they want to be there....I came to the same office max a month ago to fax and copy some documents and the 1 machine was broken and they only had 1 working.....I am here today a month later and the machine is still broken and there are 4 people in line to fax/copy and that machine is not working properly......I mean this is office depot right??? Poorly ran .....
