If I had to describe them in one word I would say unprofessional! Micheal Levine, just called yelled and threatened me on the phone! I tried hiring them for a small project but fired a designer half way through, the project was not finished. She billed me an hour (for the 15 min intro conversation on the phone (before I even sent in requirements for which Rachel Morgan said I would not be billed) then she billed me 2 hours for looking for a font online, without my permission, I feel like that should be disclosed that she doesn’t have any fonts that are “hand written”, again Rachel said I would not be billed for it. After I received the billing a few days later which included all the things that I was told I would not be billed, I called Rachel about 5 times and she was ignoring my calls. After she called me back I told her that I feel scammed and no longer wish to continue working with them to which she aggressive tried to convince me to finish the project to the point that I had to hang up the phone cause I felt like I was being bullied. Later they charged my credit card for the full amount without my authorization, I had to cancel that card. I also received a threatening emails and phone calls from Michael that was bullying, threatening, and calling me names. This is two months after the incident and I’m still being harassed by them! I have never in my life been treated like this or had this experience with any other company!!!
