Of course! Our personal injury lawyers conduct consultations with potential clients via telephone or Zoom. Even before Covid, our office was providing virtual consultations, not to mention our full suite of legal services, virtually to long-distance clients or those who are too busy to come to our offices. Our tech-savvy legal team is well-versed at handling everything digitally so you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home or deal with driving and parking just to get a consultation about your personal injury claim.
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee basis. If you work with us, you don't have to come out of pocket for anything related to the legal services in your injury case. You don’t pay us a retainer up front. You don’t pay us as we go along. And, we front all costs associated with your case so you don’t even have to come out of pocket for those. Our fee is a set percentage of your gross settlement amount and varies based upon when your case resolves. The percentage is lower if it resolves before litigation and increases if we file suit or go trial. We are paid out of the settlement, not directly out of your pocket. We only get paid if we win and we get paid by the insurance company at the end of the case.
