I came to this urgent care because I’ve had wonderful experiences. Michael is phenomenal! So is the male DR. I went in due to sever abdominal pain. Dr prescribed a pain medication that I was allergic to but did not know as I’m not a professional with the meds and there names. After spending a couple hours at the pharmacy due to issues with my son of special needs medications while waiting my husband notified me the medication they prescribed was one I’m allergic to via my hospital discharge paper work. So my son and I went over to the box to discard medication and did just that as that’s what I thought I was supposed to do because I didn’t know otherwise. I called both the dr and pharmacy. The dr to let them know I was allergic but again not familiar with medication names so I asked for an alternative receptionist said he’d leave a note for dr. I called the pharmacist to let them know of the situation and he who’d been so helpful told me that the dr called and said that I told the male receptionist that the pharmacy told me I was allergic and that I didn’t pick up the prescription. When I in no way said that (obviously because I had already picked up and discarded the medication in the box at the pharmacy) which I told the male receptionist. When I called the dr office they just said they wouldn’t do anything for me. The pharmacist who’d been helping me and watched me for hours in the pharmacy decided to call them and correct them. Now due to the controlled substance issue because of a receptionist nurse lying about my words I will go untreated for weeks. I’m disgusted with the male nurse/receptionist and female dr for treating someone coming to them for help so horridly and keeping them from receiving any treatment. I’m just a stay at home mom of 4 one having special needs that needed help and I was treated horrendously. I ended up passing out from pain again and broke 3 fingers. Make sure you know all names and protocols before being treated here.

It was my first time today seeing Dr. Kazarian and he was the sweetest! He saw my infected finger, explained the procedure, took care of my finger and I was out within 30 minutes!

This urgent care is by far one of best one in the Valleys. The staff are polite and organized. Dr. Kazarian is knowledgeable and kind. He provided me with the best treatment possible. Apparently I had an inflammation in my iris and he was the first one who diagnosed it. At first, I didn't believe it. It seemed so far fetched because the illness seems out of ordinary. However, I went to two opthmologists after that and they also agreed with the diagnosis. Thank you
