Worst place ever. My wife was pregnant or there were some issues with her pregnancy ,they have Lab which never work most of the time you going to have to call different place like Pacoima this is big hassle they should be sued. Dr LILIA Nicholas Is very unprofessional. Only spend two to three sentences and that’s it. We as a Patient was asking very questions and concerns…..!!!!

They are so unorganized. Every month they send me a bill for at least 2 appointments that I didn’t actually have and it is so difficult to resolve the issue each time. This time I spoke to a receptionist and it was documented as a doctors visit and because it was written down that way I am being forced to pay even though I didn’t actually see a doctor. The receptionists never know what they are talking about and will always give you the wrong information about their services over the phone and then once you drive all the way over there they let you know that what the receptionist said is not true and they can’t treat you. On top of that they charge you for over the phone appointments where they give you absolutely zero help.

Staff here is very disappointing, they lack common sense & basic tasks seem to be a foreign concept. It’d be nice if during these hard times you could respect & appreciate health care for providers however the amount of issues this staff brings is not worth the upkeep .. we’ve had 2 appointments scheduled for basic school required vaccines & their refrigerator has been out of service for over a week, why keep scheduling me ? On top of that keeping my daughters chat correct & up to date with accurate notes seems to be a easily skipped task. If I was a doctor, nurse or staff member here I’d be embarrassed by the care provided. How as a medical professional do you miss vital notes when the parent or child has repeated themselves.. please try to do better, your giving your job & location a bad reputation as well as making your staff look like a joke. You guys went to school for this apply that knowledge please !

This place has been great so far. Not only is it a medical clinic, they have a dentist and a WIC. Wait time isn't that long and the staff is very nice and helpful. They always give my daughter stickers after her visit. You can also request them for you're child as well. They also have a tv on with cartoons for you're children too while you wait.
