I was scheduled for a 8:20 am Telephone appointment. This was my second attempt at a telephone appointment. I called the day before because my appointment did not happen. They made another appointment for 8:20 am and no one called. At 9:00 am I called and offered to come into the clinic and they assured me that they would call in a few minutes. At 12:05 pm they called. I have several doctors at other locations and have never had appointments by phone that did not happen within 30 minutes. I do not plan on having telephone appointments and will request to come into the clinic and wait.

The WORST! clinic I’ve been too. They would keep rescheduling my appointments all the time. Also they take forever to take in patients almost half an hour waiting time until they put you in a room definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Been here 40 plus yrs..before that my Father Ray Flores rip...my daughter had her Son there thankyou Dr. Oro..he turns 13 this year..I've had many surgery's and operations here..I'm still here. Thankyou Dr. Volpe an your nursing staff..I even worked there as a Security Guard in the E.R. as a younger woman..Thanks Al Thornton..for giving me a Shot at the Job..thanks to all of you who have contributed too my care...👋👍

They never answer their phone, or respond to their voicemails. Had a appointment with the doctor via phone. And he called an hour later while I was work and was not able to answer. I tried to call back and the system did not let me. I would avoid this place, and try a clinic with better management.

If it is Medical and for the glasses, medical only covers the appointment and the spotlights do not cover the frames for the glasses. You have to pay for the frames. Lenses are paid by medical. I apologize for my Spanglish.
