Purchasing a luxury watch for the first time can be an intimidating experience - especially understanding you cannot simply walk into a Rolex store and expect to leave with one in your hand - given then high demand and limited stock. Nevertheless, I had a great experience in my short time visiting the Century City store and speaking with Dustin. I know this will be a long process, but I appreciated Dustin's kindness and professionalism in collecting my information and noting my interest in a few models. Thank you Dustin & GEARYS for the warm welcome. They even allowed our French Bulldog to come along for the experience :) It was much less daunting than I expected.

Very poor experience here. I have purchased a number of Rolex watches over the past 12 years in multiple countries. I visited this store last year and had a pleasant experience, talked watches, mentioned interest in two models and then discussed visiting periodically to check in and chat. I know full well that purchase history and existing customers are usually preferred. I visited the store again in February and it was clear that the sales team had simply discarded my card which included my details and watch preferences which we had filled out previously. They were extremely standoffish and haughty. During my earlier visit I explained that I had not purchased any Rolex for several years and wanted to build a new relationship with a new AD. And preferable one that also sold Patek. (I also shared some of my collection which included Patek and others since I knew that they sell other brands in other locations). If I had known that I would have been treated with indignity and had my card thrown out or otherwise ignored then I would have simply skipped this store and spent my time elsewhere. I came here on the recommendation of a friend who had purchased from them in the past. Life will go on and I will find a new dealer. But I cannot in good faith patronize this store and will be advising my watch collector friends and those who seek my counsel on watches to do the same and avoid this store. Right now the market is hot and dealers do not need to exert effort to sell luxury watches, but I suspect the actual owners of Gearys may remember a time before their success when they did whatever it took to retain customers and earn their trust. It's disappointing when there is a disconnect between ownership and staff and customers. (Lastly, and for the avoidance of doubt, this was not a case of judging a customer superficially. The two of use were wearing a AP and GMT Master and presented neatly).

I've been building my Rolex collection with Rafael at Gearys Century City for close to two years and I couldn't be happier with the service and integrity. I consider myself lucky to have started with Rafael when he was working at Gearys Santa Monica because it was back then that I purchased my first Rolex ever. His knowledge, approachability, and service-oriented demeanor sold me on the brand. So far, I've acquired some hard to get pieces. My collection is growing and it's exciting to look forward to the next one. I've learned that establishing a solid relationship with a trusted Rolex dealer is the gateway to acquiring models including the elusive and popular stainless steel sports models. I wold recommend Rafael and his team without hesitation. It's always a pleasure to visit the store. A special shout-out to Steeve and Dustin for being welcoming and friendly. They will guide you through the buying process based on your likes. You may have to wait weeks, months, or even years, but it's worth it; just be patient and your Rolex dreams will come true.

Such a wonderful experience. I was greeted upon entering the store and everyone is so kind. I expected to wait at least a year to purchase the black dial date just 41 since it is highly sought after. I’m beyond surprised to receive a text from Steeve in less than a month that there is a date just that I wanted available for purchase. Steeve and Rafael assisted me with the purchase. Both of them are very professional and knowledgable about watches. Also, the lady with glasses is super friendly and bubbly. Thank you all for making my day feel so special.
