If I can give this Dunkin Donuts location 0 stars I would. This by far is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The employees at the drive thru are so rude! If you don’t like your job then there are other options. I went to place an order through the drive thru and clearly the speaker was not working properly because all you kept hearing was a muffled noise so we went around to the window. When we explained what happened one of the employees rudely came out and said “well I wasn’t talking” another employee their noticed her attitude and apologized but made us go around the drive thru again to place our order. Dunkin’ Donuts should really choose wisely when hiring there employees because it’s obvious that they dont care about serving their customers with dignity and respect.

I stopped there the other night 1-3-22 just after 6 p.m. to get a gift card and the front of the store was already closed! Why would the place be drive through only at 6 at night! That's not helping me with my gift card. Not happy

Drive through always super busy. Businesses need to look at alternatives to service customers quicker. I understand that with today's challenges things aren't what they used to be and social distancing has had a negative impact on customer service, however its time to look at making improvements and look for alternative ways to provide better quicker and better service.
