Everytime I order from here they forget something. When I try to call and tell them NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. You know sometimes I just don't have time to run right back to collect whatever they forgot to give me!

I have made an online order and came to see that I am missing my fries and two side orders or mash with gravy. Called the store and the lady advised me of shortage and that I was not charged for these items. If and when KFC sends me an updated receipt my review stands. The lady has no customer service skills because had an attitude.
