EFO had the best selection for what my husband and I were looking for as we move into our first home. Danny was quickly able to inform us about the sectionals they had in stock and if it was one that wasn’t, roughly how long it would take it order. He was very personable and we had no issues. He made sure all my questions (that I didn’t know I had) were answered and I knew what the next steps were leaving the store. Thanks Danny 👍🏼

I have been going back & forth for over 2 years to get furniture repaired on a consistent basis. Paid for an "extended" warranty, had technicians reschedule at the last minute multiple times, and now they are basically calling me a liar about needing things fixed. Had the tech tell my husband there wasn't anything wrong with it and didn't fix it. Gouged my hardwood floors. Than they tell me that it would only be a scratch not gouged. Sent pictures and everything and they replied I would have to file it with home owners. Such a shame that yet another company treats consumers so poorly. They were real friendly until they had your payment and had to hold up to their end of the bargain. Won't purchase again from them or Catnapper.

We worked with Lynne and she is an asset to EFO. She gave us time to look around the store and did not follow us but let us know that she was available when and if we needed her. My husband and I found a set that we were looking for online and she showed us the set in the store. We purchased what we came in to look for and Lynne made the experience enjoyable. I don't know if I have ever had that great of an experience ever buying furniture. When we need more furniture Lynne will be the lady we will work with, no doubt!

Friendly staff. Great showroom. We had our dresser ordered 1 week and it came faster than estimated! All the furniture pieces were gorgeous. Highly recommend this furniture store. We will shop here again in the future.
