After being in touch for 4 days about the desperate need for a rental car after an accident, I called the day scheduled to make sure they were able to secure an SUV or truck, as I didn’t want a car due to the road conditions on the mountain I live on. I was assured all was ready but then when I called ready to go get the vehicle , they had nothing and weren’t ready. I do understand the demand and limited supplies, but it was very upsetting, and frustrating that I had to scramble and call other locations with fingers crossed only to find out, I have to wait yet another day and have to beg family for a vehicle to use for yet another day.

You can but I would look around for better pricing. They do offer unlimited mileage.i would see if there is Enterprise in Boston first so that way you can drop the car off t.here
