This is an excellent establishment. They assisted me in getting 2 cats spayed and neutered for a reasonable price. They provide a great service for the community. There is even a nice little used goods store in South Bend.

What these people are doing for these animals melt my heart. I'm not usually a sappy pet person. But I went in there looking for a pet and was blown away by the heart these people have. They put in so much time and dedication to get in the right animal for the right person. They want both animal and person to have long term friend. If anyone can pick out the right animal for you it would be these people here at HAVA.

Our local small town shelter is amazing. You can truly tell that everyone who works for or volunteers for them honestly loves animals. They also provide to people struggling to feed their animals ensuring that no pet goes hungry. They make sure every animal that comes into their system is well taken care of and is adopted into a healthy, happy, and stable home. 💜

You can contact "Fences for Fido" they will come build a fence in area big enough for the dog to run and give it a dog house and bag of food for free. It is a non profit and only builds for dogs that have to be chained up.
With the low cost spay neuter program it depends on gender for cats. A spay is more than neuter. I believe neuter is$30 but less me get back to you when I'm back at the shelter. Northwest Spay Neuter program is often less than ours try them also.yes Male is $30 female is $40
