I went to Dr's office and was set for an epidural injection at a surgical center. Thereafter, I consulted with 2 orthos (shoulder and cervical) about sever pain my my shoulder blade muscles, where both surgeons said this specific pain comes from my neck. Dr Z does a standard injection site at C6/7. My surgeons said I needed an epidural at C5/6, to cover all the cervical nerves. I cancelled the epidural and made a telephonic appointment with Dr Z. Only, Dr Z did not call me, and so I called the office right after to ask my Dr did not keep his appointment? The same office person Dr has had since 2017, started freaking out, put me on hold, and came back asking my name 3 times. Of course I was a patient and that had that info. Still I spelled my entire name the 2nd time I was asked. The 3rd time I told her I was placed on a hold that only ended when I hung up, after 10 minutes. I wrote Dr a QC letter, and got a call from a guy, who raised his voice to me, and started arguing. Not professional.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zarrini for 5 or 6 years now and I’m compelled to let the world know. Before I came here, my neck pain was causing me to have such debilitating headaches that I was missing multiple days of work each month. Dr Z ordered a series of scans and was the first one to figure out that the headaches were actually originating with neck issues. He put me on a course of treatment and today I’m happy to report that while I may never be pain free, I haven’t missed a day of work due to these issues since we started my treatment plan. He and his PA Isaac are good people who care about making you function again. If you’re having issues with any pain and need a pain management specialist, I couldn’t recommend anyone more.

This review is not for Zarrini but for Isaac Zedner. He was the worst person I had to deal with during my procedure. He would not listen, talked over me, showed no care in the world. Wanted to rush me out and did not provided adequate medication. He dismissed my doctors orders just to get rid of me and left my in agony. I will never see this boy again and clearly recommend you find a different doctor, if you can call him that, that actually cares for his patients

I had a traumatic car accident this past year. I asked around to find the best pain management specialist, and doctor Zarrini and his team came highly recommended. The doctor and his PA assistant were very thorough in addressing the different symptoms I have been experiencing. Highly recommend.
