I contacted Westime Beverly Hills to inquire about a Tudor watch. Su promptly reached out to me and told me she would be able to get one in stock reasonably soon. All my other local Florida ADs told me they wouldn't be able to get me anything until next year, or would only give me generic responses which led me to believe they were not even interested in earning my business. Not Su! She called all the other Tudor ADs in Westime's network and was able to find another watch the same day! She paid for next day shipping and mailed it out the following day. I couldn't believe I went from inquiring about the watch on a Thursday to having the watch delivered at 9am on a Saturday morning in Florida. She even had the bracelet sized for me prior to shipping. I only wished they were closer to me so I could thank her in person! I've never worked with someone that was so prompt with their communication! I would give her more than 5 stars if possible.

I left this review on Yelp as well, but want to spread the love here too. I recently purchased my second watch from Ann at Westime, and my experience there has been fantastic. Ann is so helpful helping me find pieces that are on either out of stock or need to be custom ordered. She follows up with status updates, thoroughly answers questions, and patiently gives her customers space to look and try on pieces before making the big decision. Big thank you to Westime for the great service and customer care.

Sue is a wonderful professional who helps me choose fine watches and explains everything about them with care and courtesy. She is simply the best at what she does! There is never pressure to buy nor do they rush you through the process. Westime is a place for those who love watches and want access to many fine manufacturers and their products. Once a customer, Westime keeps you in the loop regarding new releases, watch events and industry trends. It is a fantastic resource should you be a fan of mechanical time pieces and all they offer. Purchased a Tudor watch here and I’m so happy with my decision. The staff was super helpful and patient, and they had a big selection for me to choose from. I wasn’t exactly sure which Tudor I wanted but Su explained the differences, laid out all the band options, and gave me multiple models to try on. We ended up deciding on the GMT and it’s perfect.
