The one star reviews here are not reflective of Dr. Ashkan Ghavami. I had a Skype consultation with him for a revision rhinoplasty a few years ago and he was actually very humble. He mentioned that there are lots of good rhinoplasty surgeons out there and was not acting narcissistic at all. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me confidence he could get the results I was looking for. Yes, his prices are high, but that is to be expected in Beverly Hills. He has a lot of very rich and famous people who want his services so it is just a case of supply and demand. No one if forcing you to go to him if it is out of your price range. I ended up canceling the procedure because of some bad investments at the time. I lost most of the money I was going to use for it. Having said that, I would definitely feel very comfortable going to Dr. Ashkan Ghavami if I had the money for it. He is very talented and I would have total faith in his abilities.

I love Dr.Ghavami and his whole team. I was always super insecure about my nose and he did my nose job. I love the results. I did this surgery with him in December and I have already seen the most amazing results. My mass swelling and bruising went down within the first 2 weeks and overall love them and their team. I really recommend if you are considering him for a rhinoplasty.

Money hungry don’t care about the patient not understanding you have to wait a year to even talk to the doctor which you pay thousand this doctor is for the rich doesn’t care about anyone but their money and they’re following. When I saw photos of operation being done I thought that he’s a good doctor but those people only care for money anyone who is looking for a doctor that does your surgery make sure that they care I am happy that I saw the reviews it made me reassured that I’m not alone. Plus when you call the receptionist they just laugh they don’t take your questions seriously

Hello, I am a Hispanic woman who followed this doctor for quite some time I had my nose surgery done over a year ago. I would strongly recommend that minority patients , Hispanic or black patients do not go to this doctor. Although he post pictures of doing surgeries on people who have thicker skin it is my strong belief that he only posts selective pictures. As a minority patient this doctor charged me over $22,000 my nose is is extremely uneven which this was not the case initially. The coordinator that was assigned to me is horrible and she has a poor attitude and it's not effective with answering calls nor text message. When I consulted with the doctor yesterday he was very cocky and took no accountability for my surgical results although he claims to be an expert. The doctor is extremely arrogant and he does not listen to the patients and he can be very dismissive. All he talks about is that he is publishing information and textbooks and that he has to go to different conferences to speak. As a Hispanic woman my nose skin was a little thicker which is why I chose to go to this doctor because he proclaimed to be an expert more than likely I we'll have to go to a different doctor to get a revision. this doctor office only cares about celebrity patients or people who have a big following or the doctor only cares if he can record your surgery to display for marketing on his social media page. It is my strong recommendation that I do not recommend this doctor for minority patients or patients who have thicker skin despite of the selective videos that he postes on his social media. The coordinator are not as friendly as they seen. They are only friendly until they take your money. Please do your research I am almost certain that you can find a cheaper doctor that is extremely effective. It is my recommendation that you do not work with this doctor whatsoever. Perez
