Dr. Ben Talei and staff are amazing. I had surgery with Dr. Talei and the results were excellent and I could not be happier. Nurse Thatcher was amazing as well and she took care of me after surgery. You never wait long in the office to see the Doctor and Dr. Talei and his team are very knowledgeable and are more than happy to assist in giving you the best results. Dr. Ben Talei does amazing work and works with a very professional team. I just had surgery with Dr. Ben Talei and the results are beautiful. The results are better than I expected. I am so happy that I went to Dr. Ben Talei!! Thank you Dr. Talei for the great work you did. Dr. Talei is so knowledgeable and takes the time out to explain all details of the surgery. This is a very rare and precious moment in our lives when one can say that visit to a doctor was a pleasant one. It was my very first visit to the BH center and I really enjoyed it! The place was spacious, staff very welcoming and meeting the doctor Ben Talei was an unexpectedly calming and reassuring experience. He was able to simply explain to me all the choices I have and didn’t pressure at all into making any decisions. Looking forward to coming back. Highest marks.

This review is about the consultation. The office is extremely organized. I scheduled the consult four months out, and the office reminding me of my appointment On a regular basis up until the day before. Easy to follow directions and parking ideas were included. The office staff are all young friendly helpful and beautiful. Easy check in as I completed the forms on-line. Dr Talei had a Fellow with him and he was warm, and a good listener. I imagine while we spoke he was observing my face moving and its particular needs. Within moments Dr Talei analyzed the best course of action for my particular nice structure and falling features. He seems particularly confident which is reassuring and very generous. Dr Talei was one of the three surgeons I spoke with and was the most sure of his skills. His fees are higher than other surgeons I spoke with, but he says he’s the best, so the best is worth it always if you’re able. I Recommend the consultation.
