I was planning on going to this place for my rhinoplasty but the customer service and integrity of the business is very questionable. I contacted them to get info on doing a consult and was told that it would cost $200. When I called (less than one month later) to actually set up the appointment, I was told that it was $500. I told them I have a written quote of $200 and asked if they would honor it. I was told by the staff (in a very matter of fact way) “No.” I asked if they are willing to forfeit $25,000 by not honoring their original quote to me, and I was told “Yes.” That interaction made me nervous to book because I was afraid that if anything went wrong with a procedure done by them, I would have no recourse. I think the social media hype has gotten to their heads and their customer service is suffering as a result. 😞

First time getting botox at Dr Yoos office. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. The experience was very quick and painless.

I’ve been going to Dr. Yoo since 2015 for fillers. He’s honestly so amazing at what he does & so kind! I would never let anyone else touch my face with a needle but him lol. He helped even out the bridge of my nose with filler & now I’ve gotten under eye fillers & I feel amazing.

How young can a patient be for asian rhinoplasty?

Donald B. Yoo, M.D. Facial Plastic Surgery | Aug 31, 2019

Hi Justine Weelopez The main consideration for determining the appropriate age of a patient for Asian rhinoplasty is the growth and development of the individual patient. Typically for women, the growth spurt will have passed and the adult height achieved around age 15, while for men it can be a bit later. Warm regards

Hi Kim Phan Swelling after rhinoplasty and after Asian rhinoplasty is completely normal, and can take 1-2 years to fully resolve. At three months, you are still very early in your recovery and can expect significant changes over the course of the first year. Follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure optimal healing. Warm regards
