I've lived here three years and have voiced concerns over parking security and landscaping. I’m happy with how the staff have worked on those issues and look forward to future changes they’ll make. Milwaukee is a hotspot for stollen cars and catalytic converters, I’d still like to see more security cameras but the best bet if you have a Kia or Hyndai is park inside.

I really can't say enough good things about this place!! We only lived in Milwaukee for a year (May 2021 - May 2022) before we moved out of state for work but we truly had the best time here. We got a 3 bedroom for the 4 of us (my fiance and I shared a room and had 2 other friends as roommates) and the unit was fantastic. I may never have as great of windows (huge and a corner unit so plenty of them) as we had there and we never heard any noise inside our apartment from neighbors even though we have seen and met a lot of them (aka the walls are great). The entire apartment and apartment complex, amenity-wise, is awesome; they think of ALL the little things for you (ex: shopping carts by the garage elevator so we don't have to make multiple trips up and down, a coffee machine, puzzles in the lobby, a gift wrapping station during the holidays, events and gatherings, etc.). The place is so well kept, there's never anything to complain about. Next in my monologue: the staff. The staff here is phenomenal and I genuinely miss them. They are all so friendly and helpful and I instantly felt at home here. I would talk to most of them almost daily and, especially with me working remote, it was a bright spot in my days. From the very first day we moved in, John, the maintenance supervisor, would wave and smile each time he saw us (and anyone, really) and I don't know if I will meet anyone as kind as he is. Really, every single person that works there (John, Ashly, David, Jerimy, Constance, and Jackie) is so so great and I HIGHLY recommend that anyone that has the opportunity to live here, does so. The only negative thing is that we were so spoiled at the Enclave that no other apartment we live in will compare. I didn't take enough pictures of the place but here's one of our dog who would visit the leasing and maintenance offices almost daily and, if he could talk, would probably have even more nice things to say than I did about the Enclave apartments and staff.

The Enclave has been wonderful for us. We are going on our third year here. I was apprehensive moving back into an apartment after owning a home. Our apartment feels like a home. The windows are amazing. The floor plan is perfect. The pool has been and especially during covid was a real life saver for my kids. The neighborhood is safe and nice. There is park literally next door that allows for hiking in the warmer months and has a decent sledding hill in the winter. We are close to everything. And the staff is remarkable. It’s been a lovely experience.

In regard to your comment about monthly fees, while occasional changes in monthly fees and services are not always ideal, they are a part of the leasing experience and occur when we make changes to improve resident experiences. It sounds like you've brought up your move-out concerns specific to your experience to the management team through other routes and a response to those concerns is being addressed appropriately.
