I’m so infuriated with my experience with walgreens after going there to get tested for covid19. I took the regular test, which they told me would take up to 2-3 days to receive results with, but it is now Friday and I still have not received results even after the company they sent it to had it escalated yesterday. So when I call Walgreens back today they tell me that the results typically take up to 2-5 days. If that is the case, the company they are sending the results to would not have said it takes 2-3 days like I was told on Sunday by Walgreens. Such a horrible experience.

Have called 3 times only to be on hold for 43 and 47 minutes before they hang up. Called back speak directly with the Manager . He was very polite and put me through to pharmacist whom put me directly on hold for an additional 15 minutes.
