Just left this location and Oliva and Sergio went out of there way to help me select pictures for a funeral and cut them to fit my frames perfectly! I really appreciate this awesome customer service! Keep up the good work!

used to love coming here until today, didn’t bother to look at name tag but u can probably guess who it is (overweight old lady with grey hair and missing a tooth or two) well she insisted that something was wrong with my card when in reality something was wrong with her machine, anyways i took my business to pick n save and magically my card worked perfectly there!!! she would refuse to listen to me and kept persisting that it was my card😎 probably won’t return here unless necessary . very bad customer service

Terrible! Rude, slow, unorganized, and uncaring pharmacy staff for one. Either omitting prescriptions that were ordered for refill or filling ones that were not requested. I have used this pharmacy at least twice a month for years. They used to be 5 Star excellent and extremely polite, helpful, prompt, and caring. Now, just the opposite. I no longer see any of the "old" staff there anymore which makes me wonder if they all got fed up with management and left.

Waited for someone at the cosmetics counter to open the perfume case, but no one came over in the 10-15 minutes I was there. Went to the register, but no one was there. Went back to the case. Saw a guest standing at the register so I went back thinking someone would be there shortly. No one came over. Went to photo to find ANY employee, but still no one. Finally saw a guy going to stock shelves, and I asked if he could open the case. I was told someone from cosmetics would have to do it and then dismissed. When I told him no one was around and all the places I went looking for someone, he shrugged and went back to stocking. Went back to the perfume case to wait and give him time to tell the key master they were needed. Nothing. Walked out with out the Christmas present I needed.
