Frequently only one register's open, which in itself shouldn't be an issue for a store with such relatively little daily traffic! In fact, one clerk should be sufficient enough to provide a pleasant & prompt customer service experience for the vast majority of patrons & yet I always seem stuck in time at the end of a line no longer than 3-5 patrons, all of whom have at the most a handful of items to purchase?! It's absurd how long it takes the same two clerks to scan a pack of bubble gum!

I came here 3/13 around 9pm and the manager there was extremely patient. She was initially helping another customer and it was nice to see that she wasn’t rushing the customer even though they were indecisive. She noticed I was standing there waiting for my turn for help and she managed to help us both at the same time without either of us feeling rushed or ignored :D very good multitasking work!

Pharmacist thinks he knows better than your medical providers and will outright deny your medications. He wouldn't fill a prescription for my dad in hospice care because it's available otc, which would cost him out of pocket instead of being covered. Apparently he thinks hospice patients have plenty of disposable income. Pharm techs will tell you they're giving you a med and a different one is in the bag. I've been through the drive up pharmacy several times now and it's an hour endeavor each time, only to have to go back two days later to get what they didn't fill. That's when they tell you you just picked them up, which you didn't because they filled the wrong ones. This one star is for the late night pharmacist who helped me sort it all out, though couldn't do much to clean up after his co-workers. Find a different pharmacy. There are plenty around.

I went to this walgreens the other day and the workers were very nice! I was looking for something when a lady approached me without me asking for help. Even though they were out of what I wanted the lady was kind enough to help me find a product that was similar. Later when I went to the register the cashier was very patient with me even though it took me a while to find my card. Overall I would definitely come here again
