They tried to bill me $100 for another person's no-shows! I haven't been there in over 4 years! Nobody answered the phone so I had to drive down there with the bill in hand to get answers. If this is how seriously they treat patient info, I would avoid this practice! EDIT: Still getting bills, since all the owner did was send me a copy-paste response, looks like I'm going to be going back down there again...

The doctor my son sees is very good but the billing is an absolute nightmare. I got another bill from last year which was paid 9 months ago and a little over a month ago they sent me a refund for the same visits because they keep billing me and I paid it twice. Now they want me to pay it again, I guess so they can send me another refund. I'm beyond tired of dealing with their billing department.

I just wanted to say that this place has terrible reviews but they don't deserve them, at least not in my experience. Noam Sphancer is by far the best therapist I've ever had. Give them a chance if you are looking for evidence-based CBT!

Questions & Answers

I am looking for a doctor in pediatrics who specializes in OCD and anxiety. Is there anyone in Ohio??

There are some psychologists who are child and adolescent providers who are trained in the treatment methods for pediatric OCD. Most children's hospitals have psychological units with those professionals on staff. CCBT is collaborating with Nationwide Children's Hospital to bring Dr. Piacentini from UCLA to Columbus to do a training workshop on a) treatment of tics and b) treatment of OCD for pediatrics in 2019.

I am looking to find help for my friend who is hearing impaired. Can anyone there help her?

I'm sorry, but that's a question not easily answered over social media like Google. You can call the office tomorrow at 614-459-4490 and ask for intake. If you have to leave a voice mail, the referral response time is usually 36 to 48 hours due to a significant increase in referrals in the last 60 days.
