Very strange management ? Only inspection is on one bedroom s. ? Why because we don't need work done ? 3 years none of the two bedroom or 3 bedroom has been inspected ? Then when we get ready for inspection. They cancelled it because he had one broken window and the Gardner's do the maintenance work for him. Lmfao. But villa still pays him.

Horrible horrible horrible place to live , don’t move here . Staff complains about everything no visitors after 11 , they work & pay under the table , if you have a guest spending a night they assume you’ve moved your guest in & are quick to send out violation notices . Maintenance guy acts like he owns the place & watches your every move . I’ve been here for more than 6 years & never had a problem with staff until now . This is a prison not a comfortable place to raise your kids I promise.
