Worse auto auction I’ve ever been to. It’s a complete waist of time and money. All the cars come with mayor transmission problems. They charge you $200 just to participate (even though it’s a public auction). Once you buy a car, be ready wait months before they send you the tittle. Tried calling them to get information about the car’s paperwork after I had purchase them and they will hang up on you. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Will give zero stars if I could. Total scam.

Ok, here is the low down on this auction. I arrived around 5:30 to view the vehicles and auction started after sunset. During the viewing time, I opened the hood of the vehicle to view the motor. I was instantly approached by security and was asked to close hood. As I was unable to open the hood or trunk due to procedure. When the auction started, they drive the cars to the bidding area in the dark with 1 set of flood lights casing shadows and darkness upon the motor for viewing. They pop the hood and allow for about 15 seconds to view the motor. Meanwhile, the crowd is trying to look at the same thing without any social distancing. Since the motor is running, you can not open the radiator or oil cap. After winning the auction, they took my deposit of $300 I was then told the auction price had to be accepted by the seller and the computer was down so they could not contact them to complete the transaction as usual. I called in around 9:30am to schedule a time for me to come in and pay for the auction. They told me I had to be in from 12:00pm-3:00pm or they will auction the same car the same day. I told them I had an appointment later in the day and needed to arrive early as possible so we agreed to schedule a time at 12:00pm. When I arrived, they had computer trouble. I waited for another hour. Meanwhile I was able to look at the vehicle and noticed bad head gasket leakage, radiator coolant in the oil cap, no oil, no radiator fluid. The electronic trunk would not open. The vehicle was in an accident and it was missing other major electrical components. I asked for a refund of my deposit since the computer trouble was not my fault and said services were not rendered. The lady with the acne refused to refund the deposit. I just left. This charge will be disputed with my credit card company. Thank goodness the deposit was with a credit card and not cash. This has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission. These vehicles have major issues and they just sell them off as running vehicles. They even have an office where you can pick up temporary registration at additional cost. But chances are the vehicle you purchase will not make it to the location for the registration. As these are towed in vehicles that are suited for the junk yard, not an auction house for you to bid on and drive around with. If you are looking for a "decent vehicle" avoid this auction at all costs. Junk Only. Avoid these night time auctions. If they give you an excuse of computer trouble, it is all bogus for you to make an extra trip and have you wait around until you get frustrated at what you bought and leave so they keep your deposit. They recycle the same junk over and over, day after day to scam your money.

My sister & I were shopping for a car . ....we found this auction, it had many cars, allowing a variety to choose from,..I ended up winning a bid on a 2005 Infinity, it literally was a steal, the car had Registration paid for the next 10 months, already Smoged, & all paperwork in order. I love the car it’s been great... The staff is also down to earth, professional & friendly, recommend this place To anyone looking for a car.
