Went in on July 11 2022 for a Dot Physical didn’t take all that long, the Dr. was whipping people in and out pretty fast. But when it came to me everything was fine except, when it came to the vision test I was told that I need glasses! So came back on Monday July 25 2022 with a pair of glasses, upon my check in I was ask by the person working the front desk if I had a receipt for my glasses? I was never asked or told to bring a receipt with my glasses! After taking a second vision test and explaing to the Dr. about my commute from Orange County and can’t keep running back and fourth, no the Dr. again, wouldn’t sign me off for a passing on the vision test. I will not be back to this location for a Dot Physical, instead I will look elsewhere for a Dot Physical exam that will pass me. Be aware for anyone who is looking for a Dot Physical exam at this location if someone as average or below average sight but is still able to see rest a sure the Dr. will not pass you on you’ll vision test instead look elsewhere for Dot Physical Clinic.

This facility was fast and friendly! They have a great attitude towards there customers! Doc was very friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend to come here and get your physicals done here!

This place is awesome!!! Very short wait time, staff is very friendly and helpfull, reasonable fee's and the exams are simple. Came in for just a pre-employment screening, decided to comeback when my Annual physical exam was due for renewal and i plan on coming back again in the future.
