Great homes but inflation during the pandemic, I just can't get why raise home prices when a lot of people have lost their jobs. Just before the pandemic the housing price was fair

With the market going soft and it becoming more of a buyers market, will the home prices be more affordable at Shadow Rock. Currently the homes are 800,000?

I doubt it. I'm an electrician building those homes. There is an extreme shortage of materials. Which has put material prices through the roof. The price increase is being passed on to the buyers.

What's the condition of the Rock face over looking these homes ?
