Yes, you may come and go as you please, but you must notify the house manager or support staff of where you’re going and sign out. Curfew is 11pm on weekdays, and 12am on weekends. If your schedule requires you to stay out later, we must be notified ahead of time.
Yes, you will be required to maintain your room, including making your bed on a daily basis, and you will have an assigned chore in the house that will rotate. It is the responsibility of the community to keep the house clean.
Yes, we do accept people on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Due to regulations, we do not administer any medications, so you must be able to self-administer and manage your medications. For your safety, and the safety of the community, medications must remain secured except when you are taking them.
We work with local treatment centers to meet the needs of each individual. Depending on what you’re seeking treatment for, our team will refer you to a local partner, such as Roots Through Recovery.
If you have not completed treatment elsewhere or do not have at least 60 days of recovery time, it may be recommended that you enroll in some sort of outpatient services.
No, and there is a reason for this. When residents request a single room, they are isolated from the community, which defeats the purpose of living in a supportive living environment.
The monthly rent includes your stay in one of our full-size beds, 24-hour support from a live-in house manager and support staff, activities and amenities provided by the house, coordination of transportation, and basic food.
The cost to live at The Arbors ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 a month, depending on the room and the house.
