Frances was very knowledgeable and informative. She handled every aspect with great professionalism.

I had a very urgent procedure that was scheduled for the 14th, then was called and told that they needed to reschedule me for the 13th. I had no problem adjusting my schedule to fit my new appointment. I then drove over 20 minutes in traffic just to find out my second appointment has been canceled. They claimed they gave me a call to inform me yet I had no missed call nor voice message. Then had the nerve to suggesting I reschedule AGAIN for August. Extremely unprofessional and I definitely will be going elsewhere.

Worst Healthcare provider ever. Great idea but horribly executed. The Dr's knowledge is equivalent to webmd. All the doctors there could care less about the patients. Most are rude. Including the nurses. I've been a member for years. Can't wait till that changes! There is no urgent care, takes weeks to get an appointment and no Hospital close by. To Kaisers reply, I already did all of that. Nothing has changed

I’m not crazy about going to the doctor. Shocker I know, I’m one of many. Even when I’m not getting lab work done I’m still a hypochondriac ball of anxiety. But I came here today for a checkup and requesting x-rays. Dr. Amin was very kind, warm, and knowledgeable and helped ease my concerns. I felt so much better after speaking with her and getting the medical advice I needed. If you’re a new patient, definitely check to see if she’s taking new ones first.

I don't know what that is

You may be able to call appointment services and ask if they have one. Or email your doctor and ask them for the number to fax documents to.
3900 Alamo consists of family medical offices, pediatrics, lab and pharmacy. The one across the street is usually mental health but has been used as a covid vaccination site. For a neurologist you will need to see your primary care doctor and they will refer you to one likely at the Woodland Hills facility.

I think it's from 9am til 5pm. No appointment needed. Just walk in and they have a small area just for shots.
No, this is primarily staffed by Family Practitioners and Internists. They have a lab (bloodwork and simple x-ray), a pharmacy, and the doctors I've mentioned. Woodland Hills Medical Center is where we go for the bulk of our specialists.
Kaiser in Simi Valley eliminated urgent care quite a few years ago. As mentioned, you need to travel to T.O. or Woodland Hills for urgent care.
Call to find out.
Not that I'm aware of. I called the pharmacy in Simi Valley this morning and it was the same.
They close Friday at 7. They are closed on weekends. If you need urgent care when closed, head to Woodland Hills.
Closed weekends and holidays. Woodland Hills is open all week at the hospital.
